extractEmbedded

Production fallback: extract the nested jars under prefix (e.g. mcp-kotlin/) from our own mod jar into a stable cache dir, revalidated by a CRC stamp so a rebuild re-extracts only what actually changed. Returns their file URLs (for the masking loader), or an empty list in dev — there is no jar to extract from, and the flags/enumeration already cover those paths.
