instrumentClass

private fun instrumentClass(bytes: ByteArray, guardLane: GuardLane, evalId: Int): ByteArray

ASM core pass inlining the guard at every method entry EXCEPT <init>/<clinit>, plus every loop back-edge and real catch entry. The inlined branches (skip label) need a StackMapTable frame, so COMPUTE_FRAMES (can't accept(cr,0)+COMPUTE_MAXS like a stack-neutral call would).

The snippet body compiles INTO <init>, so it gets no entry guard — but back-edges and catch handlers are driven by the visitor, not by that exclusion, so the runaway-loop and swallowed-timeout cases stay covered. An entry guard there would have to sit before the super call, where this is still uninitialized.
