ASM ClassWriter with COMPUTE_FRAMES whose getCommonSuperClass falls back to Object instead of throwing when a frame merge needs a script-defined class not yet loadable during instrumentation. Shared by both bytecode passes below (instrumentClass and widenAccessClass).
